Gentle Osteopathy to help you feel better, move better, live better
With over a decade of experience I am dedicated to treating discomfort, pain and injuries in people of all ages including new born babies.
My work is trauma informed and I especially love working with pregnant people and babies. I can support the changes your body is going through and to get you in the best condition for giving birth. If you have pelvic girdle pain (symphysis pubis dysfunction) I can quickly help alleviate your pain.
After birth, my treatments can help release strains from pregnancy and birth, both in the body and mind as I give you the time and space to process your experiences.
Osteopathy for babies helps relieve any strains from the birth. Babies also work hard to be born and can sometimes strain a few muscles in the process. Is your babies’ neck tighter on one side? Or maybe their jaw? I receive many referrals from midwives and GPs as I regularly work with babies experiencing latching, feeding, or digestive issues. I can support you with your set up for breastfeeding and any postural pain you might have been experiencing.
If you have back or neck pain, joint pain, jaw pain, headaches, traumatic injuries, stress related complaints or specific female health issues then osteopathy can help you get back on track to pain-free living. Osteopathy plays a vital role in helping your body recover from tension, restrictions, or injuries that may lead to pain and discomfort.
Cranial osteopathy is suitable for all ages to reduce pain and discomfort, and despite the word ‘cranial’ can be used anywhere on the body. I adopt a gentle and comprehensive approach to address a wide range of concerns.
My approach emphasizes the importance of identifying the root causes of your symptoms, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to your unique needs.

TMJ / Jaw pain
Are you struggling with jaw pain that interferes with your daily life? In my Brighton and Hove clinics I understand how debilitating this condition can be.
Whether it’s tension from stress, dental issues, or jaw misalignment, osteopathy and cranial osteopathy techniques can help alleviate your discomfort. I wrote my dissertation on TMJ pain and headaches. Tinnitus, headaches, ear ache, neck pain and discomfort when eating are also often associated with this painful condition.
I am an expert practitioner with lots of experience in treating people with jaw pain and its related symptoms. I take a holistic approach, focusing on the root cause rather than just the symptoms. By assessing the mechanics of your jaw and its connection to the rest of your body, I tailor our treatments to promote healing and restore balance.
Don't let jaw pain dictate your quality of life. Take the first step towards relief and improved well-being. Book your appointment today to experience personalised care designed to meet your needs. Your journey to comfort and health starts here.
Women’s Health
People born with female anatomy have their own specific needs as they journey through their life cycle. I am gender inclusive, all are welcomed, whether you identify as woman or not, who need a trained and experienced female health practitioner.
I have a post graduate diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy (DipWHO) and I frequently help ease the pain of pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy back pain, hip pain or neck pain.
The lead up to menopause can be a challenging time as hormones change, and post menopause brings it’s own challenges to the body. Osteopathy can help with pain and discomfort brought on by these changes.
Maybe you want to osteopathic care throughout your pregnancy to ensure you are in the best condition for giving birth.
Post birth I can help you with checking your pelvis and pelvis organs are returning to their place. If you’ve had a traumatic birth I can help you and your baby to recover.
